Nagabet Terms & Conditions – Members Have the Right to Know

01General Introduction & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the Nagabet platform, including the website, mobile app, and related services. By browsing the Nagabet website, creating an account, or participating in any form of betting activity, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms.

To use Nagabet's services, members must confirm that they are at least 18 years of age, have no legal restrictions on participating in online betting in their jurisdiction, and are using the service voluntarily and with full awareness.

These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside Nagabet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this agreement.

02Account Registration & Verification

Accurate and complete information is required when registering an account with Nagabet. Providing false details may cause withdrawal issues later and, in serious cases, may result in account closure.

• Each member may hold only one account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. Simply upload a photo of the front and back of your National ID or passport, along with a selfie.
• The mobile number provided at registration must be active and belong to you. It will be used to send OTPs and important notifications.
• Keeping your password secure is your own responsibility. Never share your account password with anyone.

Nagabet reserves the right to verify any account's information and may request additional documents when necessary. Failure to cooperate with the verification process may result in restrictions being placed on the account.

03Betting Rules

Before placing any bets on Nagabet, every member should carefully read the betting rules for the relevant event. Rules may vary depending on the sport and bet type.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. However, if the Cash Out feature is active, you may exit the bet early under certain conditions.
• If a match is suspended indefinitely, bets will be settled in accordance with Nagabet's policy. In general, if the match does not resume within 12 hours, bets are considered void.
• Odds change quickly in live betting. If a bet is confirmed after the odds have shifted, the updated odds will apply — even if you have the "Accept Any Odds" option enabled.
• If odds are published incorrectly due to a technical error ("Palpable Error"), Nagabet reserves the right to void the affected bets. The full deposit amount will be refunded.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳10; the maximum varies depending on the event and bet type.

04Deposit & Payment Terms

Making a deposit on Nagabet is quick and easy. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Bank Transfer are all supported with zero transaction fees. That said, there are a few important conditions worth keeping in mind.

• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking or bank account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts may be declined.
• Minimum deposit is ৳200 via mobile banking and ৳500 via bank transfer.
• Avoid sending the same amount twice while a deposit is still being processed. If something seems wrong, contact support first before trying again.
• Nagabet discourages betting with credit cards or borrowed money. For responsible gaming, only deposit what you can comfortably afford.
• If a deposit fails, the amount is typically returned to your mobile banking account within 24 hours.

05Withdrawal Policy

Nagabet strives to make the withdrawal process as fast and hassle-free as possible. However, certain conditions must be followed.

• Withdrawals can only be made from accounts that have completed KYC verification.
• Your withdrawal method must match your deposit method. If you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal must also be made through bKash.
• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500 (Mobile Banking) and ৳1,000 (Bank Transfer).
• Withdrawals cannot be made from an active bonus balance. Once the wagering requirement is met, withdrawals are available from the earned real balance.
• Nagabet may take up to 48 hours to process any withdrawal request, particularly for larger amounts.

VIP members receive priority processing for withdrawals. Diamond members enjoy instant withdrawals, Platinum within 15 minutes, and Gold within 30 minutes.

06Bonus & Promotion Terms

Nagabet offers a welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, and various promotional offers. Each offer comes with its own terms and conditions, which you must read before participating.

• To claim a bonus, you are generally required to make a deposit or opt in within a specified time window.
• To withdraw a bonus balance, you must meet the specified wagering requirement (bet amount × multiplier). The wagering conditions for each offer are clearly stated on the promotion page.
• Wagering contribution rates differ by game – Sports Betting typically counts at 100%, while some casino games may contribute at a lower rate.
• The maximum stake per single bet from bonus balance must not exceed a specified amount – typically 5–10% of the bonus value.
• Claiming the same promotion more than once, or any pattern of bonus abuse detected on an account, will result in the bonus being voided.
• Nagabet reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time.

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Nagabet. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Running multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Attempting to place bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Using bonuses solely for withdrawal purposes (Bonus Abuse).
• Transactions involving money laundering or funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Registering with a false identity or using another person's information.

Nagabet's security system actively detects such activities. Accounts suspected of suspicious behavior may be temporarily locked pending investigation.

08Account Closure & Suspension Policy

Members can close their Nagabet account at any time by choice. Simply contact support, and your real-money balance will be refunded in full.

Nagabet reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account for the following reasons:

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or inaccurate information during KYC verification.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (no transactions for more than 24 months).
• Self-Exclusion requested by the member.
• Direction from a legal or regulatory authority.

Advance notifications are sent for inactive accounts. If an account is closed for any reason and a real balance remains, arrangements will be made to return it.

09Liability Limits

Nagabet strives to deliver the highest quality of service; however, there are limitations on liability that all members should be aware of.

• Nagabet is not responsible for missed bets caused by internet connectivity issues or device problems.
• Nagabet is not directly liable for payment delays caused by third-party services (mobile banking operators).
• Nagabet is not obligated to honour claims for abnormal profits arising from bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If your account password or login credentials fall into someone else's hands, you are solely responsible for any resulting consequences.

Nagabet is committed to resolving disputes fairly. If any disagreement arises, the first step should always be to reach out to the support team for a resolution.

10Changes to Terms & Contact

Nagabet reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified at least 7 days in advance via their registered mobile number or email.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be taken as the member's acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account and receive your real balance back.
